At Wild Lotus UK, we take great care in crafting every piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at wildlotusdesignsuk@gmail.com before sending any items back. We'll confirm your return request and provide the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at wildlotusdesignsuk@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
